🚀 The Role:

We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager to own and drive our content strategy and execution— from SEO & GenAI, to social, eBooks, videos, and product explainers - you enjoy doing it all. . You’ll work closely with the CMO and cross-functional teams to build content that fuels brand awareness, demand, and thought leadership.

🛠️ What You'll Do:

• Plan and manage the content strategy & calendar across formats & channels

• Create high-quality content (blog posts, eBooks, emails, social, case studies, video scripts, etc.)

• Use AI tools to optimize and scale content across multiple channels and formats

• Collaborate with Campaign & Product Marketing teams

• Lead creative projects and manage freelancers/designers as needed

• Experiment, analyze, and optimize content strategy & execution based on performance
  
  

✅ What You Bring:

• 3–5 years in software content marketing. Sustainability or climate tech = major plus 

• Conceptual thinker who can simplify complex technical topics into killer content

• Experience creating content with GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)

• Understanding of how to orchestrate content across multiple channels including SEO and AI-driven search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) and paid/organic social (LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta)

• Self-starter, collaborative, with a growth mindset

• You live in and have the right to work in the Netherlands, either through citizenship, residency, or a valid visa
